Due to continuity and All Stars coming up, I like to keep duplicate characters to the bare minimum. So before you sign up, please read through this to make sure that the character you want fits the requirements.

I'll make a full list here of people who you cannot use on this game.

First off, people who are untouchable no matter what. These people made atleast the final five in their games.
